Sustainability Strategy for Organic Paddy Farming Business toward Global Market: Network Process Analysis Approach

Go Organic was launched by the Indonesian Government in 2010; nevertheless, its progress has encountered issues and constraints. Farming products, especially organic paddy, have been unable to satisfy export demand since organically certified agricultural land not yet reached goal. This study aims investigate sustainability strategy of paddy farming global market. The exploratory investigation undertaken Ngawi Regency East Java. surveyed 90 organic/converted rice producers as respondents. Data analysis performed Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS), which followed Network Process Analysis (NPA). MDS utilized assess five dimensions: environmental, economic, social, institutional, technological. Meanwhile, NPA conducted based on findings identify essential methods for improvement. research unveiled that institutional dimensions were quite sustainable. However, technological dimension less Multidimensionally, Based identified priority strategy, increasing availability matter organisms soil would improve farming. It accomplished incorporating straw, livestock manure, fermented waste, azolla, earthworms, eels, pesticides into soil, long-term quality quantity
